Hotmail of No Help with Blocked Account

My computer had a VIRUS, I have had my live.com email address for 6 years, as soon as I got my computer fixed - someone messed with my account and HOTMAIL/LIVE (whatever) won't let me access my account, it has been blocked by someone who has created an identity that is soooooo close to identity theft and they have access to 6 YEARS OF MY EMAILS - this is scary that it was soooooo easy for someone to do this and Hotmail is of NO HELP
