Use Zenbe Fast with Keyboard Shortcuts
To navigate and command swiftly in Zenbe, use the following keyboard shortcuts:
In the Message List
- Enter: Open the currently focused message (its checkbox is highlighted in red)
- x: Check or uncheck the focused message
- Followed by Shift-x: Check a message range
- j or down arrow: Focus the next message
- k or up arrow: Focus the previous message
- Shift-j or page down: Focus the last visible message
- Shift-k or page up: Focus the first message
- u: Refresh the view or tag (checking for new messages)
- Ctrl-a: Check all messages (this will check all messages in the current tag or view, not just the visible messages!)
- Ctrl-d: Uncheck all messages
With Messages Checked in a View or Tag
- Del: Delete
- i: Mark read or unread
- y: Archive
- t: Add or edit tags
- ! (Shift-1): Report spam
- r: Reply (if multiple emails are checked, you reply to the first)
- a: Reply to the sender and all recipients safe yourself (if multiple emails are checked, you reply to the first)
- f: Forward (if multiple emails are checked, only the first will be included in the forward)
While Viewing a Message
- Del: Delete
- i: Mark read or unread
- y: Archive
- t: Add or edit tags
- ! (Shift-1): Report spam
- r: Reply to the sender only
- a: Reply to the sender and all recipients safe yourself
- f: Forward
- Esc: Go back to the view or tag
- j or down arrow: Open the next message
- k or up arrow: Open the previous message
Anywhere in Zenbe
- c: Start a new message
