A message from the person (or to them) at hand, you don't have to type the email address or, typically, the name. Yahoo! Mail can pick both up from the email and make adding senders or recipients to your address book a snap.
Add a Sender or Recipient to Your Yahoo! Mail Contacts Fast
To add an email's sender or recipient to your Yahoo! Mail address book:
- Open the message.
- Click Show Details if you see it.
- Click the + next to any name or email address you want to add to your Yahoo! Mail contacts.
- Check and possibly correct the name as it appears under First, Middle and Last.
- Click Save.
