How to Create Email Stationery Easily in Outlook Express

Create a new message in Outlook Express

Select "File | Save as Stationery..." from the message's menu

• Create a new message in Outlook Express.
• Format it the way you want your stationery to look.
  • You can use a background image, for example, or apply background sound. Of course, you can also change the font size and color or even use more advanced HTML and JavaScript tricks via editing the source.
  • If you have a letterhead designed in Word, for example, or a HTML template for your web site that you want to use in your email stationery, try copying and pasting it into the message.
• Select File | Save as Stationery... from the message's menu.

• Create a new message in Outlook Express
• Type the name you desire for your new stationery
• Select "Message |New Message Using | Select Stationery..." from the menu
• Click on the stationery you just created with the right mouse button
• " and "" tags">Highlight everything between and including the "" and "" tags
• Go back to Outlook Express
• Make sure the "Source" tab is visible
• Go to the "Source" tab
• Go to Notepad
• Choose "File | Save" from the menu
