How to Create Perfectly Formatted Emails in PocoMail

With most email programs, it's easy to create messages (and replies) that suffer from bad formatting: lines are broken at very wrong places, '>' characters appear where they certainly should not, and the resulting email is not particularly easy to read.

With PocoMail it's easy to create messages are perfectly formatted. With text rewrapped cleanly and quoted nicely, they are a joy to read, and a joy to compose.

To compose perfectly formatted emails in PocoMail:

• Write the message or reply in PocoMail without paying much attention to the formatting.
  • One exception: make sure quoted lines all begin with the same number of '>' characters (corresponding to the quotation level).
• Press Ctrl-L.
  • Alternatively, you can select Format | Clean Up Text from the menu.
• Now, review the formatting and send the message.
