Now, how about finding all the emails with no subject at all? In Outlook, this is easy — and you can edit these emails to have proper subjects as well, of course.
Search for Emails with Empty Subject Lines in Outlook
To find emails with empty Subject fields in Outlook:
- Press Ctrl-E.
- Type "subject:[]" (not including the quotation marks but with the brackets).
- To search more than the current folder, select All Subfolders or All Mail Items in the Search toolbar.
