In Outlook, you can specify a special Reply-To: address (to which most email programs will address responses) for each email you send.
Direct Replies to an Email to a Special Address in Outlook
To have replies to an email you send go to an address different from the one used to send the message in Outlook:
- Open the Options ribbon of the message you are composing.
- Click Direct Replies To under More Options.
- Enter the email address where you want to receive replies under Have replies sent to: (and make sure the option is checked, of course).
- Click Close.
You can also set a default Reply-To: address for each Outlook account, of course.
