How to Access a Windows Live Hotmail Account with Outlook Express

• Make sure you have an subscription for the Windows Live Hotmail account you want to access offline.
• Select Tools | Accounts... from the menu in Outlook Express.

• Select "Tools | Accounts..." from the menu in Outlook Express
• Click "Add" and select "Mail..."
• Enter your name
• Enter your Hotmail address
• Make sure "HTTP" is selected under "My incoming mail server is a __ server"
• Enter your Hotmail address under "Account name"
• Click "Finish"
• Click "Close" to close the Outlook Express accounts window
• Select "Yes" to download the Hotmail folders list in Outlook Express
• You're done
