Fortunately, you can set up a filter that makes IncrediMail highlight mail from a certain account using a specific color. So you can see at a glance which account has new mail, and which account any message belongs to.
Color-Code Mail from a Certain Account in IncrediMail
To color-code mail from a certain account in IncrediMail:
- Select Tools | Message Rules... from the menu in IncrediMail.
- Click Add....
- Make the If line read: If Received from account <your account>.
- Make the then line read: Highlight it with color.
- Click on the ... button to select the desired color.
- Click OK.
- Click the Close button.
