As long as you get into your GMX Mail account, setting up that contact address is easy; making sure it is up to date is vital, too.
Set Up, Check and Change Your Secondary GMX Mail Email Address
To add a secondary, contact email address to your GMX Mail account for password recovery, or to check and change that secondary address:
- Select Settings in the GMX Mail toolbar.
- Go to the My Account tab.
- Now go to the Account Details category.
- Click Add or Change Your Contact Email Now under Contact E-Mail.
- Control or type the desired secondary email address under E-Mail.
- Type your GMX Mail password under Password.
- Click Save.
