How to Close Your Zoho Mail Account

Got enough of Zoho Mail — or maybe too much? If you have one Zoho Mail account too many, because you're switching to another Zoho Mail user name or a different email service, closing your current account is easy.

Deleting that account together with all the emails may also not be necessary. You could still have its email address forward to your new account, which would also retain all the data in Zoho Docs, your calendar and other Zoho applications.

Close Your Zoho Mail Account

To delete your Zoho account — including all your Zoho Mail messages and contacts, Zoho Docs documents, calendars and other Zoho data:

• Follow the My Account link in Zoho Mail.
  • If you cannot see My Account, click the Show the top bar button at the top of the screen.
• Select Close Account.
• Enter your Zoho Mail password under Current Password:.
• Optionally, select a reason for your quitting Zoho and enter additional comments under Comments:.
• Click Close Account.
