How to Add Signatures to Your Messages (Outlook Express and Netscape Messenger)
Netscape Messenger
Step 2
With Netscape Messenger, you first have to create a text file containing your signature. Launch Notepad or your favorite editor, create a new file and type the text of your signature:
--
nothing, NOTHING matters
but that doesn't matter
characteristic omnipresent omnipotence

Step 3
Save the file. I suggest you save it as "signature" in your Netscape user's directory, something like "C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\[your user name]"; if my user name is "mommie" the path is "C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\mommie".
Step 4
From the "Edit" menu of the Messenger window select "Preferences..." and then "Identity".
Step 5
Under "Signature File" user the "Choose" button to select the file you just saved ("C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\mommie\signature" in our example). Click OK. That's it.
Try it!
Create a new message and voilà, here's your signature, inserted for you by NS Messenger.
