Guide Review - Pimmy 4.3 - Email Program
You can use Pimmy like a remote POP or IMAP account management tool to delete unwanted mail before downloading it or to compose quick messages and replies, and that's probably also the best way to use it. The ability to send message with any address in the From: header and the availability of multiple signatures make Pimmy very attractive for this purpose.
I wouldn't recommend Pimmy as a "regular" email client, however. Pimmy's message editor naturally lacks power, and the filters, though useful, could be more flexible and do not offer the self-learning abilities of statistical analysis. Message labels can be used both through filters and by hand to organize mail as well as news items fetched from RSS feeds.
