Nelson Email Organizer does away with the anachronistic folder model where each message is in exactly one folder. Instead, every message shows up in multiple places — wherever it makes sense. You will find it in the correspondent's auto-folder, in the date folder that contains all mail sent or received at a certain date, possibly in the attachment folder, and if you flag or mark a message to-do it will show up in the corresponding folders as well. NEO even collects emails from multiple Outlook stores seamlessly.

Of course, you can also define your own criteria for retrieving emails. Nelson Email Organizer comes with an impressive and lightning fast search feature which allows you to find the right message quickly in an archive of thousands.

Unfortunately, NEO does not work with IMAP accounts. The complexity (and frustratingly regular failures) of searching IMAP accounts that make applying NEO's indexing to it so difficult are also what would make Nelson Email Organizer power particularly useful.
