Can a bulk email program be easy to use and useful?
Rapid Mailer emphasizes the ease of use a bit more, but still maintains a pretty decent feature set. The core functionality of a bulk email application is fulfilled nicely with a fast internal SMTP sending engine and relatively flexible mail merging.
Rapid Mailer even includes an easy to use HTML editor that allows editing of the source, too. When it comes to the details and peripheral functionality, Rapid Mailer pales a bit. There's no preview function, for example, you can't filter the list or include conditional text in the message, and Rapid Mailer cannot deal with incoming emails to automate list management.
