If you have certain senders whose messages inherently have a certain status ("read later" for the About Email newsletter, for example), you can make PocoMail assign this mark to messages from that sender automatically.
Mark Mail from a Sender Automatically in PocoMail
To mark mail from a certain sender automatically in PocoMail:
- Select Tools | Filters... from the menu in PocoMail.
- Click the New Filter button.
- Make the criterion read Search From for.
- Enter the email address of the sender in the for entry field.
- Now, make the filter's action read Perform mark message as.
- Select the desired message mark marking from the drop-down menu.
- Click OK.
- Click OK again.
