Fortunately, it's easy to re-establish a high-quality news experience by using folders (called "groups" in NetNewsWire). And there's even an additional bonus you get from organizing your feeds in folders: by opening such a group, you can read the news from all its feeds in a combined view comfortably.
To organize and read RSS feeds in folders in NetNewsWire:
- Select Subscriptions | New Group from the NetNewsWire menu.
- Type the desired name for the folder.
- Click OK.
To move a feed (or even multiple feeds at once) to the new group:
- Click on the feed in the Subscriptions list.
- To select multiple feeds, hold down the Command key while clicking.
- Drag-and-drop the feeds to the desired group.
