New Address

I have not closed my account yet. I just want to have a new email address in hopes of stopping so much junk/spam/ads. some of what are my own fault, so I want to start over and be more careful.

Stupid program

Spam. Viruses. Hackers. Terrible user-unfriendly interface. No matter WHAT and incredibly poor customer service. I'm on Yahoo and I received no spam whatsoever.

Now they can't even verify that I am the owner of the account. Someone sent out an email to all of my contacts asking them for money. I'm losing all my contacts and I am cutting my loses. See Ya, Hotmail.

Spam No Matter What I Do to Stop It

Spam no matter what I do to stop it report it. Hacked account compromised my contacts, emails sent from Canadian pharmacy etc. that I did not send. Never again!

Have to Upgrade Browser

I just closed my account permanently 'cause in Sept. I have to upgrade to a 9.2 browser & PAY FOR IT! Don't need to pay for any account use through Gmail… so goodbye Hotmail & hello Gmail!

Can't Get into Hotmail Account

Im closing my Hotmail account tonight after having the account for ten+ years. I am getting HUGE amounts of spam, 20-30 e-mails a week, and it's driving me mad. My account has been blocked twice and its a pain in the a$$ to unblock it, hasta le bye bye Hotmail! Helllllllo Gmail.
