Why would you recommend others not to use Zoho Mail? What, perhaps, would have kept you from closing your account? I Quit Because...
Zoho Mail didn't suit my needs.
- Fairly low sending limits. Mainly targeted towards businesses not personal users. I am looking solely for an EMAIL service, not all the additional cloud software. Aliases are non-existent in the free version. Plus always being cautious not to send too many emails/day, or not to send emails to too many recipients at once to prevent account blockage is a PAIN! Much happier to pay a small amount per year for a better and more robust email service.

- My email was hacked and someone is sending all my friends emails asking for money. i'm done with it!

Folders etc
- Basically, it's a solid piece of feces, and Live is better.

Spam Filtering
- Zoho won't let you turn off spam filtering. When you're using Outlook, you're missing legitimate e-mail that Zoho marked as spam before the e-mail reaches Outlook. When Zoho allows users to disable the spam filtering folder, I will try Zoho again.
