Worst service ever. I constantly get spammed from Yahoo network IPs! What the hell is going on there?! The more I complain, the more spam I get. Then one day last month, I was invited to give a review of my 'customer experiences' with Yahoo Mail. I left a less than positive review and wouldn't you know it, my account was suspended less than 1 hour later! When I called them, they said my account was suspended for spamming :? WHAT?! but no proof or evidence. Sounds to me like someone there didn't like my review. They do NOTHING to fix their email problems. One time i send in report and was told that the IP of their server was being used for spam being sent in from outside. This means that their server was open relay. A MAJOR SECURITY NO-NO! These people royally suck!
If you look up their IPs in whois, you get 'abuse@yahoo.com'. If you use this email address. You'll get a reply stating that it is no longer being used and a link to a page to report spam is given. BUT you'll never find it. Or, it is almost impossible to locate. Most of the other emails listed in their whois are non existent and you'll get bounce backs for bad email address. What a joke!
