I've been using Yahoo mail for 15+ years but am now deciding that I'll have to change. Starting about 4 months ago, I started having problems, and for a while I blamed them on human error or thought people were lying to me, but a lot of my email, both incoming and outgoing, and not all from one particular address, is getting lost. Because I haven't been able to troubleshoot the problem down to a specific address or recreate it consistently I haven't done anything but this week I lost a lucrative deal because a buyer had sent me an offer that I did not receive. I'm constantly writing people saying "I haven't heard from you, did you get my email?" I can't do this any more, I'm switching, to Hotmail I think.
