Locked Out of Hotmail With No Help from Help System

Hotmail locked me out of Windows Live, but, funnily enough, I can check my messages. They asked me to put in a cell number to get a code, and up to now I can't get through. I am now unable to respond to any emails received, and, as a result, I would have to create a new address 'cause their help system is no help at all.

Would you recommend this to a friend?
