Hotmail blocked my account. They offer a code, but then don't send it. I am totally confused on getting free help online. The help screen is just a big runaround — what is the code? Where do I get it? Why can't I just write to a help desk?
Basically, for me, Hotmail has just shut down my email dance notification business to fellow square dancers, and lost my contact list, too.
