Email blocked; the code to unblock was sent to my Hotmail address. Tell me how I'm supposed to get the code when my account is blocked? I called several numbers for so-called help only to be told I had to pay $59 to clear it. I just want to retrieve the hundreds of pictures of my grand-babies.
