My account has been blocked because of an error topic describing "your account has been blocked due to a possible unauthorized access". I'm directed to a window that requires me to enter a "code" that will be sent back to me to unblock the account. They will not accept any code I enter. So far, I've tried everything short of writing my congressman about unblocking my account. So… I will cancel my account just as soon as I can get somebody on the phone or on a website. One of their web sites offers technical help, but wants you to pay for it. BS. I will not pay for something they should correct because of their problem.
