I was… repeat was a total supporter of Mozilla. Recently, all of my emails from specific folders disappeared. I did not know why nor could I find the information These were VERY important personal and business files. I looked for support and found none.
I plugged along and, lo and behold, a couple of weeks later it happened again. Thunderbird was archiving… or deleting i guess. There is no warning, just a box that says it is doing it. There is no corporate support for issues with their program, so, again, I lost. I have now gone back to Outlook and will continue to use it forever.
Thunderbird has proven itself to be very risky and the lack of corporate support makes it a DO NOT DO IT for me.
