Gmail Frozen with No Explanation

My Review 

My email was frozen for months and there was no explanation coming from GMAIL. To the present moment they have made no effort to correct the pervasive problem, and I have in the mean time received no mail through their "top rated service". I can honestly say I would not recommend this mail service to anyone.
