If Zoho had not changed their format for viewing and sending your emails, I would definitely give it a 5 star. What I don't like is that I can only view my messages in half of the page instead of the full page and when you want to send or forward, the alphabet is your only option so it is very time consuming and repetitious.
If someone knows how to get around these two changes, I could give Zoho five and have two accounts instead of one.
