Sparrow is very pretty and very simple but there lies the problem — it's made so simple they've decided that nobody should need to refer back to messages more than a day or two old. I dutifully created labels and at the end of each day moved individual messages into their respective labels (folders). All well and good, except that a day or two later these categories were suddenly all empty - instead of my carefully filed messages in each, the screen reads NO CONVERSATIONS and offered up a vast expanse of empty white blankness.Sometimes, methinks, minimalism can go too far. Pity - I was just beginning to applaud; now it's a case of count the cost and head for Uninstal.
