Thank you! I am so happy that someone else finds support for Postbox a big Missing Link.
They dump all their "documentation" onto ZenDesk. I can understand the "we don't want to" reason that they won't put together a manual, but I have asked over and over for one they said "no" and followed it with a "play with the program" to learn it…
I don't have time to play with what I buy. I want to use it and I want to know all its features ASAP.
They did get my money but they'll never get my respect.
PRO: It's a decent program.
CON: Their, "we don't have time for customers" attitude.
