3 out of 5Not reliableMarch 14, 2012

I have been a paid subscriber for a couple of months now and have found the service unreliable as some emails show as unread, when in fact they have been read. I have sent emails to Pointofmail and always have a reply so thats the only reason I have given them 3 stars although they can't really give me an answer as to why they do not show up as read. I have been told that some systems detect there is a tracking device on the email and stops it from being tracked? If you want to subscribe then be aware that some emails will not show as being read. Its a good idea but does not really work for some systems

I use pointofmail.com for my business. I am proofreading specialist and my main channel for interaction with my customers is email. I am sending invoices and proofread pages via pointofmail.com and know exactly when they were received and read. Now customers can not say to me ""we did not get any email from you"". Also if I need to change the content of the email or replace attachment with new one - I can do it! and this is unique to pointofmail.com.

Signed up on this program few months ago and it is very convenient. This a great way to confirm if my estranged son is in fact reading the e-mails I send him and get no replies. I also sending emails to my wife and and know exactly when those were read.

Great service, very useful and fairly priced. I had no problem with the support team - these guys realy helped me out in no time. The only downside I found - they have no full history but they promised it will be available the next release.

I have been customer of pointofmail.com since 2007 and indeed their support were bit slow, but recently they upgraded the support and even added a live chat, so support is not an issue now. They also upgraded servers and it really works great now. They have features that are unique for pointofmail.com (such advanced tracking and change email content) and really clean design, so I would recommend them.

I am a paid subscriber and have found that mail sent through them can be read without being tagged by point of mail as being read. Their service is not reliable. Since the only contact method is email, I have emailed them several times and they do not respond. If you are looking for a reliable email tracking service then Point of Mail in NOT the service to use. NO Support, Unreliable Serivce, why bother with them when there are better choices?
1 out of 5Support Won't Respond - Do They Exist?November 30, 2008

I signed up for Pointofmail a long time ago. I got an email from them saying my trial period was up and I would no longer have their services. I got another email about a week later saying that my account usage had been extended because I'm such a good guy. Their services continued much to the displeasure of my 590 Club Recipients. Despite several emails to discontinue the service, they have never responded to this day. If you are serious about using this product, go for the trial period - you won't have to pay anything as the service continues forever!!

I have been using this program since May 2008 and have enjoyed it but in October the emails just stop being sent from Pointofmail. Their tech support stinks and they don't like to respond to any emails sent to them. I would recommend this program but at this time without any response or action from Pointofmail I can't as the program still doesn't work. You might not have any problems with this but you have been warned..Keithmj
