Apart from the features in the edittor's review, I prefer Barca beacuse it: 1. Has a customizable folder settings for data files 2. Has a proprietary (non-MS) HTML viewer, which means no chance of embedded malware) 3. Has easier to create and more comprehensive filters for inward and outward messages (compared to Outlook 2007 Rules). 4. Offers unlimited Templates (text or html) 5. Enables Tagging and/or Marking e-mails for selectable subsequent action. 6. Auto-text 7. Highly customizable GUI. 9.Easy interface with ADM spellchecker files 10. Excellent Planner with customizable display. 11. Ability to Exclude specified e-mail addresses / domains (blacklist) 12. Ability to Include specified e-mail addresses / domains as permitted senders (whitelist those not in the Address Book). 13. Stores setting in an INI file and not Windows Registry. 14. Offers fast & flexible text searches. 15. Can split a single e-mail to multiple addresses in the ""To"" field into single, personalized messages, with final edit capability while in the Outbox for each recipient. (i.e. It's good-bye to sending single messages as multiple Bcc recipients to protect privacy!) 16. Fianally and most importantly, personalized and efficient support via e-mail. 17. Can identify and remove duplicate e-mails 18. Can be set to not download attachments over a specified size. I could not work efficiently wthout Barca. And no, I am not a shareholder of Pocosystems!
