Try using the Opera browser to get your email. That's what I did, after Safari, Firefox, & SeaMonkey kept failing (on Mac OS). Then set up POP mail through GMX.com but verify your email address through Opera. This way, you will always have access to MyEmail.com through POP via GMX, and you won't have to re-verify it ever again (unless you change a POP setting, which isn't advised). Use the default GMX settings for setting up the POP account.

The only way I can get my MyEmail.com account to work most of the time is to set up a third-party POP email client, such as GMX mail (without having to know the POP settings; it automatically does this for you, although you may have to select 'Other' in the Mail Collector feature after having scrolled all the way to the bottom, then fiddle with a few settings - just accept the default POP settings if at all possible). It requires some sort of verification, but I think GMX just ported my email through to me. I just remember being locked out and GMX was the only way I could get back in. Try it and see if it requires a verification or if GMX will get your mail for you. I use GMX for all POP accounts.

For the first couple of months it worked fine. Then it started interrupting me with a demand that I reenter my password. I would do so and start working again and then it would repeat the same demand after a few minutes. Now I have trouble sending out e-mails and nobody can send an email to me. The system has effectively locked me out. I have notified them on their problem solver line which promises to get back to me within 72 hours. Nothing has happened. I am going to have to drop this and change to another service.
1 out of 5myemail.com and lack of accessabilityDecember 03, 2010

I can seldom access my myemail account, because of ""server unavailability."" This is not a problem with my computer, or with allowing cookies; I have two other email accounts that are easily accessible. I can access these email accounts through my computer or the computers of others'. But I can not access myemail the majority of the time, on anyone's computer. Thus, I have received emails from people that I haven't been able to answer for days. So myemail is useless to me. As you may have guessed, I use my two other emails now, and I'm trying to get people to stop sending me email to myemail. The makers of myemail need to get the kinks out of it before going online. As you can see, nobody paid me to write THIS review! I am just upset and frustrated enough that it is worth my time to warn others about it.
