I went to this site because it was recommended by a website listing these services. I picked this service over the others because it let me select multiple files to send. They required that I create an account (it turns out this was because I selected multiple files) and then would not send the files I selected unless I paid them. ""Not a big deal"" I thought, ""they just tease you with the features that you have to pay for"", I can instead use their free functionality (only being able to send one file) but the real headache started the next day. The next day I started getting a flood of spam which I guess means they sold my email address to spammers. If you like getting a lot of junk email then you should definitely register on their site (or you could sign up a friend that likes spam since no email activation is necessary to get on the spam train).

I use yousendit software nearly every business day to send clients large image and video files. Their software is really easy to use (to send and receive). I saw previous reviews where people claim it was hard to download files, but I have had no such experience. Their proprietary yousendit software you can download and run on your computer makes sending zip files and groups of files easy. In fact, the term ""Ill yousendit those files to you"" has become a phrase among my editors and creative directors.

Signed up for a “Pro” account on this site and used the account for 2 months with good success. It was $9.99 a month and I found myself not needing the account that much and went to cancel the monthly reoccurring fees. When I went to cancel the account they offered me a special deal of only $19.99 for a year. At that price I agreed, figuring I would need the service a few times a year. Some months later I go to use the account only to find out that the account I signed up for was not the “Pro” account, but an account that does not seem to have any benefits over the free account. I was able to quickly go on “Live Chat” and talk to a nice enough gentleman, but got nowhere in straightening out my account unless I want to pay additional fees.

Be very careful with this one. Signed up to lite account. regular payments start disapperaing off my credit card despite no use. Contected yousend it to cancel account which they confirmed. Two weeks later more money taken from my credit card despite no activity on the account. No responce to emails or telephone calls so I'm assuming it was fraudulent. My credit card company has now taken up the case. Big company who clearly doesn't worry to much about ripping people off.

I received a large file of photos which were very hard to save in my hard drive. No support at all. Now on Outlook their screen keeps popping up and I want to disable and get it out of this computer. Again No one to talk to, no return of email. Would not recommend this product to anyone. To date I still have not heard from anyone.
