    No Longer Free E-mailSeptember 14, 2009 By clover_patch
Zenbe is no longer a free e-mail service. They only provide a thirty day trial for their paid subscription e-mail service.

Nonexistent free emailSeptember 08, 2009 By TheMadGIO
I read the article on free email choices and was very impressed by the description of Zenbe. I clicked the link in the article and was taken to a v ery nice description of their free email capibilities. When I clicked the signup now button however, it put me in a neverending loop to sign up for their corporate email services. I searched their site, returned to the About.com article and googled ""zenbe free email"" and still could not find any way to signup for free email. Oh, and I sent their technical support an email that they never responded to. The ironic thing is that if their personal email was as good as the review I might very well have recommended it for my company. Bottom line: after over an hour trying I gave up.

The WORSE ""FREE"" emal around.July 11, 2009 By ganerd
The information provided in the article is no linger correct. The free version has been dumbed down hoping to force you to buy an account. The 4 gig of storage no longer exist. It is now only 25mb. Also, it allows you to only flow share five of your numerous contacts. ..u you have to chose the five favorite. I also agree with the previous user that says it is very buggy.

""Do you want it? Do you really want it?"" Eh..Nope.May 05, 2009 By ichoke
Problem 1: They don't always send the confirmation/membership email you need to sign up. Problem 2: Don't always = Quite often Problem 3: They don't always answer when users complain about this on their forum; and if they do, it 's after months. Problem 4: Don't always = Quite often I got tired of waiting--other people may hang around for 4 months but 2 was as long as I could go. I tried giving different addresses, nothing worked; judging by the forums, apparently they have too much to deal with to take a look at this issue.

Suck, suck, such! And no end of bugsApril 29, 2009 By blesslisam
I tried it, I hated it, I left. Great idea. Terrible customer service. Bugs out the yin yang. Search is faulty, tags are faulty, you can't alphabetize, so there was no way to organize. I tried to get help. No one answered. Cool idea. Soothing site (it really is!). Baaaadd execution.
