Good But ConfusingApril 11, 2009 By fwedthefwuppe
Wikmail at first glance seems to have all that you need in a mail program. It is however slightly annoying - The mail checker sits on the desktop and updates at intervals that you can set yourself. All good until you actually receive emails. Say for example you load up the program and the checker informs you that you have 10 new emails you then launch the mail client using the button included in the mail checker to discover no mails at all. You then have to press the check button to actually download the messages!! If it's not going to be co-ordinated it's a waste of time and the checker becomes useless - It's even more useless in that the checker does not tell you who the messages are from, the subject or anything else. This make the program bloated and I for one have now given it a wide berth
