Ootlook Express is spoiling hotmailFebruary 12, 2013 By disatisfied007
It.is very difficult to log on It was impossible to reply to an email Sripts are not so easy to read Typing is ofen interrupted Outlook promised a review section under ""options ' but could not find options Not customer friendly. All of sudden, I have a problem. Not true. The problem was YOURS. Customer of many years has trouble logging on.What sort of delivery is that? Computers exist to serve people. Not the other way around. I have very happily used Hotmail for many years. It seems now that you have entered Nerdworld rather than people world, so unless you can fix your existing problems pronto and at least have the decency to respond to customers concerns without a whole lot of unnecessary rigmarole, I will find another Internet provider. Can't say I m holding my breath and it's a very competitive industry out there. Can ' t do it without people, so try looking after customers and behaving like human beings.

OK but has graphic resource leakDecember 30, 2008 By petedarnell
For the most part it is workable and can handle large (>5000) email archives. The downside is that If you search those archives a resource leak will hog all graphic resources and cause other apps to display strangely. The only cure is to exit and reenter outlook express. Another problem is sorting of signatures. In a business environment, it is handy to have a number of canned signatures, and OE will let you have them. It will not sort the names alphabetically though, which is a pain in the A**. I use gmail for searching since it is faster and has no resource leakage bug.
