I have called Mach5 and left voicemails and posted in excess of 10 tickets in their ticketing support system with absolutely no reply. Emailed sales, support ... nothing Such a shame - the software was good but bugs in it and no response from them to fixing I certainly won't be recommending these guys to anyone

I purchased Mach5 2 months ago and while the basics work okay, I have not been able to figure out the more advanced features. I have read the online tutorials, which were of no help. I have sent emails to Mach5 and have received no answers. And I have submitted online trouble tickets and have had no response. The program overall is difficult to comprehend and the company offers absolutely zero support. I would not recommend the Mach5 software to anybody.
