Horrible service, First I used their email service, I sent out around 5000 e-mails, I tested it for spam and everything was good to go. But when I sent it out to my actual list of clients all Hotmail contacts went straight to spam mail. ( they use different servers for testing and actual email is sent from a new server) I was furious! So I decided not to use their email service any more and decided to go ahead and use their sms service. Firstly I couldnīt import my contact list with first and last names, I tried different ways several times and it still said Error. And that was on their side! So I had to use only mobile numbers for the campaign. When I wanted to send out the campaign it said the cost is 3 times as high as it said on the brief. instead 3 credits per sms we had to pay 9 credits. Ended up using another service for the campaign. Very, very disappointed. The customer service people are not qualified and the site it self is not user friendly. I would not recommend this to anyone!

This programme is very dificult to use and Graphic Mail only tell you about the restrictions they implement on your account after you have paid! Be aware, whilst you think you have only paid for a single months service, they actually retain your credit card details and continue to charge without your prior consent. Obviously they claim this is in the terms and conditions but this was absolutley nowehere to be found. Staff are rude as pointed out in a number of diferent reveiws. Go for Dot Mailer or similar which is a much better system and set up.

GraphicMail has gone strides ahead in the email newsletter service market and has managed to serve up a wallop of feature sets that make the process of delivering your message and measuring your results simple. It's brimming with both standard and cutting edge tools, templates and campaign management gadgets that are flexible, user-friendly and empower the average person to launch and run an effective digital marketing operation at very competitive rates. All-round high standard stuff.

I've read bad things about their customer service in the past, about someone called Terry, then I called them and found that Terry is indeed quite rude and abrupt - he was clearly trying to hold his tongue but I could hear him sighing - thats just not acceptable. Despite this, I went to try their free trial this week and today tried talking to someone called Joe on their Live Chat - again not very polite, extremely slow to respond, and didnt apologise for the slow service. Whats more, Ive used a few email marketing systems now and this was not very userfriendly at all. far more complicated that using someone like MailChimp. I had a few issues with MailChimp but they were never rude, thats for sure! Poor customer service makes me angry, I just dont know how people think they can run a business and be anything but polite, warm and friendly to their customers.

I've been using GraphicMail for a while now, but always felt like tapping in the dark after I'd sent a newsletter, as I couldn't quite put my finger on why some newsletters received a higher open rate than others, in spite of the fact that my lists pretty much stayed the same. However, they've recently added a new feature that allows me to do an A/B split test - I now first send my newsletter with 2 different subject lines to a test group, and then have GraphicMail send the ""winner"" to the remainder of the list. It really works!!! My open rate has increased tremendously. Thanks, GraphicMail.

Today my personal email address was full of advertising sent by GraphicMail Mexico's customers. I NEVER registered in their customers' mailing lists. This company takes email addresses from public forums. They took my personal email address from a public forum at a Mexican newspaper (El Universal). It's a bad joke of the destiny for GraphicMail that my business is e-marketing. This shows that this company has no experience and could damage businesses reputation. So I would advice those people who want to get more customers: DON'T HIRE SPAMMERS. These people reached me, but I'm not a potential customer for their own clients. I'm not interested in their clients' offers. It means that this company does not have targeted mailing lists. Up to date email marketing is only useful if your customers go to your website and register in the site to get your newsletters and they later verify they're interested in your offer. Some of the emails that I got from GraphicMail's customers reached my inbox, but most of them went to the spam folder and I didn't open them. if you have a good business name do not hire spammers. It's a waste of time and money. It's my personal experience: When I was a newcomer to the world of e-business I spent too much money in email marketing. I trashed it. Up to date there are good e-marketing strategies that bring customers to you. You don't need to send spam like GraphicMail's clients.

I am shocked to read the bitter and twisted review that GreenMarketing has taken the time to write about this company. I have had a great experience with Graphicmail, They have helped me through from setting up my 2 month free trial right up to sending out my first newsletter, which I have already seen a 27% rise in sales!! The customer support was there on hand throughout UK working hours - on the telephone and also a great Live chat support where I can type to real people at real time - also when I decided to work on my email marketing at the weekend I was amazed to find a reply to my support email within an hour on a Sunday evening! My advice - DO NOT LISTEN to GreenMarketing - as it seems that they are even 'greener' at email marketing than me (and I think I'm a novice!) Obviously if you create an appalling email it will be received in much the same manner and as for expecting to be able to continue to use a service after you cancel then you really are GREEN. I can not fault their support network at all they were always available within minutes and were always helpful and courtious In my experience company's that leave those types of reviews are the types of companies that UK businesses can do without! I would whole heartedly recommend this company (and I have already!)

I had the trial of this product and 'LiveChat' and telephoned Terry on Customer Support and he was very helpful, advising me of ways to use the site to our benefit, not just for the obvious single send email/newsletter. Answering my simple questions in the same manner as giving me solutions to much more difficult scenarios - calm, polite and friendly. Their site appears to be easy to use and provides professional results which I feel will greatly benefit your business.

At first it seemed a good simple service. Before registering I decided to call and find out some information. The gentleman (actually far from one) called Terry was quite irritated that I distrubed him during office hours. I asked my questions and was given very quick obvious answers as if I was asking the most idiotic questions. We took out a monthly payment account where we received credits each month. After sending quite a number of emails we realised that our recipients were receiving these emails in an appalling format, eventhough the ones we tested were perfect. We decided to stop the monthly payment and after requesting this we lost all our remaining credits and were told if we want to use the service we need to take out an annual subscription, Once again Terry proved how important GOOD customer service is in retaining customers and after considering taking out the annual subscription, this arrogant rude individual caused us to run as far away from graphicmail as possible. Actually we should be quite lucky that we eventually did get a reply after various weeks. If you like have extra hassles and treated like an idioit - go for graphicmail, but the email marketing market is well developed that there are far more professional and helpful companies out there that do a far better job.
