I really liked My Way email until I found myself in a situation where I could not access email listed as in the ""inbox"". Each attempt resulted in a ""refresh inbox"" message after refreshing 6-8 times I emailed support. That was a day ago. No answer yet. I decided to opt out and started looking for ""uninstall"" protocols as ""My Way"" does not appear on the program list via control panel. Couldn't find anything Emailed support again and still no answer. If you seek an unsupported, un-uninstallable facility, this is it.

It use to be good but they have messed with it so much trying to sign in even with the password hint being provided. I use both explorer and opera browsers. If eventually you are able to get logged into your account dont be surprised if you totally loose all access to everything by not being able to sign in. I used it for 4 years and then all of a sudden .... Nothing ! as far as myways support is concerned it too is pretty much unsupportive. Its come to be a pathetic horrible joke for dependability.

Right after I registered I couldn't view my account or email..And every time I would try to check my email it would just take me to the sign in page then right back to their home page...This is nothing but a complete rip off.Don't even waste your time

I have been using MyWay for my email since they had their old email interface, they now use the ""Bluetie"" interface which is a bit slower but that's ""progress"" in the modern sense. It's always been reliable for me, all these people complaining about not being able to contact tech support I've never had to so it doesn't matter. I get no spam, get spam with any email account and it's your fault for giving some dodgy sites your email address. I use it to email friends, family and register on some websites (I use Gmail for some as well) and I get no spam at all! It's a good site, news, calendars etc. available and all these claims about spyware? I've never got any from MyWay. None. I neither work for them nor am affiliated with them, I just thought I'd give something rare - an honest review!

Please think twice before using My Way's web based email account. I open my account on February 12, 2010 and have not been able access my account. Their online help sucks. The caned questions and answers are too general to help you. I finally got their phone number from Ask.com. I have called that number since February 12, 2010 and heard the same message. ""We are experiencing technical difficulties and our member can't access their email account. We apologize for this and we are currently working to solve this problem."" I had some very important information sent to my email which I was supposed to reply with in 48 hours. I really lost a good opportunity because of, My Way’s incapability to take care of their customers

I think about.com remove this from their list. I used to have email account on myway two years ago and I used it for about 9 months. They've bombarded me with spam. Their spam protection is very weak or maybe they don't have it at all. I simply erased my account there.

The service goes down too often. Too frequently you have to log on a second/third time. Shifting from Inbox to Sent, Junk, et. al. is slow and frequently causes errors. But the worst thing is you cannot contact them... via email, web mail, telephone, or anything else. The service was great a year ago, but it has been getting progressively worse. I finally changed to Windstream a couple weeks ago, which is essentially a free add on to their ISP service. With MyWay... you do get you moneysworth!!! You get exactly what you pay for.

MyWay no longer offers email. They've become a portal thru which you can gather and pick up your mail from other email services... Why bother? Who needs extra advertisements tacked onto outgoing mail? It's just as easy to log into your email account as it is to log into an alternate site.
