Fortunately, you can. Using the IMAP or the POP protocol, your computer or device's email program can fetch messages from your Zenbe inbox — and all external accounts you have set up in Zenbe, of course.
Access Zenbe in Your Email Program
To set up Zenbe, pick your email program or see the generic settings below:
Access Zenbe via IMAP in Any Email Program
To set up a Zenbe account in your email program:
- Set up a new account using the following settings:
- IMAP server: imap.zenbe.com.
- Port: 993.
- Require SSL: Yes.
- User name: your full Zenbe email address.
- If your Zenbe address is "exemplaire@zenbe.com", for example, use "exemplaire@zenbe.com" as the user name, too.
- Password: your Zenbe password.
- SMTP server: smtp.zenbe.com.
- Port: 587.
- Require SSL/STARTTLS: Yes.
- Require SMTP authentication: Yes.
- User name: your full Zenbe email address.
- Password: your Zenbe password.
Note that Zenbe provides IMAP access only to the inbox (and the "Deleted" folder for deleted messages). It is best to tell your email program not to store sent messages and drafts on the server or use other special folders.

- User name: your full Zenbe email address.
- Let's assume your Zenbe address is "exemplaire@zenbe.com". Use "exemplaire@zenbe.com" as the user name, too.
- Password: your Zenbe password.
- SMTP server: smtp.zenbe.com.
- Port: 587.
- Require SSL/STARTTLS: Yes.
- Require SMTP authentication: Yes.
- User name: your complete Zenbe email address.
