How to Assign a Picture to a Contact in Zenbe

By Heinz Tschabitscher, About.com

Your friends, of course, have faces; your family members have taken photos; your clients have logos. Why, then, rely on email addresses and names alone to identify a contact — when you can have a flashy photo instead?

In Zenbe, you can add images to all your contacts easily, from a generic collection, Flickr, your Zenbe photos (from attachments, for example) or by uploading the perfect graphic, of course.

Assign a Picture to a Contact in Zenbe

To assign a photo or graphic to a Zenbe contact:

  • Open an email from the contact.
    • If no message is handy, go to the Zenbe address book and click the desired contact.
  • Hover the mouse over the contact's current avatar (next to the name).
  • Click the pencil icon.
  • Locate an appropriate image under Gallery, Your files on Zenbe or Flickr and highlight it.
  • Select set image.
