How to See All Headers of a Message in Yahoo! Mail

Typically, Yahoo! Mail simply works. You send and read messages without spending a thought on what is going on behind the scenes. Or at least that's the way it should be.

Sometimes, email can fail to work properly. Fortunately, every message comes with its own log, which details all the steps it has taken.

In Yahoo! Mail, these details are usually hidden. But if problems occur — if you get a message long after has been sent, for example — you can take a look at all the header lines of a message.

See All Headers of a Message in Yahoo! Mail

• Open the desired email.
• Click Standard Header or Compact Header near the message's top.
• Select Full Header from the menu.
• Click OK to close the Full Message Headers dialog box.

To see all header lines of an email in Yahoo! Mail Classic:

• Open the message.
• Click Full Headers.
