In Yahoo! Mail, you can be efficient. In Yahoo! Mail, you do not have to type the same subject and message — or recipients — again and again. In Yahoo! Mail, you can use message drafts as message templates.
Save a Draft as a Message Template in Yahoo! Mail
To save a message as an email template in Yahoo! Mail:- Start a new email message in Yahoo! Mail.
- Fill in as much as you want your template to contain.
- You can specify a message subject, for example, the address used to send the message, a group of recipients and the message text including formatting, of course.
- Click Save Draft (or Save as a Draft).
Create a New Message Using a Yahoo! Mail Email Template
To send a new email using a message template in Yahoo! Mail:
- Open the Drafts folder.
- Click the desired email template.
- Edit the message to make all desired changes for the current email.
- Hold down the Shift key while clicking Send.
Edit a Yahoo! Mail Message Template
To edit a Yahoo! Mail message template:
- Go to the Drafts folder in Yahoo! Mail.
- Click the desired message template.
- Edit the message to make all desired changes to the template.
- Click Save Draft (or Save as a Draft).
- Note that this will overwrite the template's old version; to save your changes as a new template, you have to start with a new message and copy any changes from the existing template.
