How to Highlight a Message with a Color in Pegasus Mail

We live in a world obsessed with everything visual. While a lot of the eye-catching left and right is overkill (with an emphasis on kill), visual distinction can make a lot of sense, too.

It makes a lot of sense in Pegasus Mail, for example, where you can give special messages special colors. This will make important messages stand out in the mailbox summary, or lets you identify personal mail instantly.

Highlight a Message with a Color in Pegasus Mail

To label an email message with a color in Pegasus Mail:

  • Select the message in its mailbox or open it in its own window.
  • Hit F11.
  • Click on the desired color.
    • Click Cancel to remove an existing color.
