How to Reuse a Sent Message Immediately in Pegasus Mail

Most emails are sent only once. Now and then, you may want to send the same — or at least a very similar — message to different people, though. In Pegasus Mail, this is strikingly simple.

Reuse a Sent Message Immediately in Pegasus Mail

To reuse a sent message immediately in Pegasus Mail:

• Open the Special tab while composing a message.
• Make sure the checkbox next to Do not close the window after the message has been successfully sent is selected.

Now you can go back to the Message tab and continue editing your message like you always do in Pegasus Mail.

After you have hit Send, however, and Pegasus Mail has delivered your message, the message composition window remains open in the state it was before you delivered the email.

You can immediately send the message again to somebody else unmodified, but you can also edit the message before sending it anew.
