Select "Tools | E-mail Accounts..." from the menu
Select Tools | E-mail Accounts... from the menu in Outlook

- Select "Tools | E-mail Accounts..." from the menu
- Make sure "Add a new e-mail account" is selected
- Choose "IMAP"
- Type your name under "Your Name:"
- Type "imap.aol.com" under "Incoming mail server (IMAP):"
- Go to the "Outgoing Server" tab
- Now go to the "Advanced" tab
- Now click "Next >" and then "Finish"
