To report junk mail to Microsoft for improving the Outlook spam filter:
- Make sure the Junk E-mail Reporting Tool for Microsoft Office Outlook is installed.
- Highlight the junk email you want to submit.
- You can only report one email at a time.
- Click the Report as Junk and Delete toolbar button.
- Click Yes if prompted.
