How to Find All Mail From a Sender Quickly in Outlook

You don't have to rely on your memory about something someone told you in an email a few days or weeks ago. Outlook makes it easy to find all mail from a certain sender quickly.

Just open one email the person sent you and instruct Outlook to show all the messages from the same sender.

  1. In any Outlook folder or search result, right-click on a message from the sender.

  2. Select Find Related.

  3. Choose either Messages in this Conversation or Messages from Sender.

  4. Related messages appear in the Message List pane.

  5. At the top of the Message List pane, select All Mailboxes to search all of your email accounts. Or, choose Current Mailbox to restrict results to the current folder. Use search tools and filters to restrict results further.

Alternate Method for Finding Messages From Same Sender

You can also find messages from the same sender starting from an open email.

  1. Open a message from the sender in its own window.

  2. Go to the Message tab.

  3. In the Editing group, select Related.

  5. Outlook displays all mail from the same sender in the Message List pane.
