When you upgraded to Outlook 2002, the order in which multiple email accounts are processed may not have been retained. Or maybe you have just added a new account and now want it to be processed near the beginning of a Send/Receive cycle.

Change the Account Order in Outlook
To change the order of your email accounts in Outlook:
- Select Control Panel from the Start menu.
- Open the Mail item.
- Select E-mail Accounts from the Mail Setup dialog.
- In Outlook 2003:
- Make sure View or change existing e-mail accounts is selected.
- Click Next.
- Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to change the processing order as desired.
- Click Close or Finish.
